When your practice grows beyond these parameters (more transactions, additional accounts or loans, generally when the complexity increases), you’ll graduate to our Custom Pricing model with a customized scope and enhanced service delivery options. By the time you’ve outgrown DPC Fundamentals, you’ll likely want the systems-level and strategic-level guidance.

Your pricing is customized based on:

The scope of your work. We’re accounting for transaction volume, payroll complexity, accounts payable and accounts receivable management, tax reporting requirements, and any specialized financial needs your practice has. A three-location DPC with 15 providers has different needs from a solo practitioner, and we price accordingly.

Your preferred service level. Some founders want direct access to me for strategic conversations and quick decisions. Some are comfortable with email-based support from our team, even if a different person responds on some days. Some practices need monthly financials by the 20th and email support only. Others want unlimited consultation calls and real-time guidance. These are genuinely different offerings, and the price reflects that.
