We Are Now DPC Bookkeeper

We are focused. We Are Now DPC Bookkeeper.

Why Rebrand?

This little firm has worn a few different names and served a wide range of clients. Untangled books that hadn’t been touched in years, and helped owners finally feel like the numbers matched the reality of their business.

Along the way, the work evolved.

I invested heavily in better tools, automation, and systems. I refined my monthly close process. I learned what actually matters to owners who are running lean, busy practices and don’t have time to babysit their books.

Most importantly, I started working more and more with Direct Primary Care clinics and I kept coming back to the same thought:

DPC’s are the only viable alternative to the healthcare situation in the United States. This is the space where I can do my best work.

Why the Name DPCBookkeeper?

DPCBookkeeper says exactly what I stand for:

  • A firm that understands the membership model, not just generic small business accounting.

  • A partner that cares about both precision and practicality.

  • A focus on building systems and automations that reduce the mental load on clinic owners.

How Will This Affect Me?

You don’t have to redo anything, hunt down old logins, or upload a bunch of stuff again.
Your books are still where they’ve always been, and I’m still the one looking after them. The email you have will remain active so there’s no effort required to change access for us.

What will feel different is mostly on my side:

  • Emails and invoices will start saying DPCBookkeeper.

  • Links will point to dpcbookkeeper.com instead of the old websites.

  • When I talk about the firm, you’ll hear more about the Direct Primary Care focus.

That’s pretty much it.

Same person. Same brain on your books. Just a name that finally matches the work I’ve been doing.

With Gratitude,

Dan L.
