Three levels of DPC financial support, from clean books to a CFO at the table. Flat monthly, never hourly. We take a limited number of practices, so we start with a short application to make sure we fit.
Every level includes ongoing DPC bookkeeping. Each one builds on the level below it, so you start where you are and step up as you grow.
“I need my books clean and my membership dues handled right.”
Your books kept accurate every month and built the way a DPC actually runs, on dues, not insurance claims. You always know where the practice stands.
“I want to know what my panel and my numbers are actually telling me.”
Clean books plus a person who reads them with you. See what your panel, your dues, and your spending are doing, and make the monthly calls with a clear head.
“I want to plan my pay, my next hire, and my growth with a partner.”
A financial partner at the table for the big calls. Set your own pay on purpose, model the next provider, and see what is coming before you commit.
Every level is a flat monthly fee, quoted for your practice after a short discovery call. No hourly billing, month to month after setup.
Payroll is not part of the three levels. If your practice runs payroll, we can take it on as an add-on to any level, quoted separately.
It is hard to do two things really well. Most firms try, and their clients end up with bookkeeping that is an afterthought and tax work that is rushed. We went the other way.
We do world class bookkeeping for Direct Primary Care, and nothing else. For tax, we have spent years finding CPAs who are world class at that, the ones who are sharp, responsive, and actually return calls.
Your books arrive clean enough for your CPA to file straight from, with no cleanup and no back and forth. If you need a preparer, we are glad to introduce you to one we trust. If you already have one you like, we work alongside them.

A solo practice with one bank account is a different job than a three-provider group with two entities and payroll. A flat menu price would either overcharge the simple practice or underserve the complex one. So we quote your fee for your practice, and it does not move.
Answer a few quick questions about your practice. It takes minutes and helps us see if we are a fit.
A short call to understand where your practice is, what you need, and which level fits. No pressure, no pitch.
You get one flat monthly number for your practice, plus a one-time setup. That is what you pay, month to month.
Every engagement is a flat monthly fee. We quote it after a short discovery call, once we understand your practice, your accounts, and the level of support you want. There is no hourly billing, and the number does not move month to month.
We take a limited number of DPC practices so every client works directly with Dan, not a rotating team. The application is a quick way to make sure we are the right fit before we talk.
All three levels include ongoing DPC bookkeeping, a DPC-specific chart of accounts, membership revenue handled correctly, and a dedicated point of contact. Higher levels add reporting, insight, and CFO-level advisory.
No, and that is on purpose. It is hard to do two things really well. So we do world class bookkeeping, and we partner with CPAs who are world class at tax. We have spent years finding preparers who are sharp, responsive, and actually return calls. Your books arrive clean enough for them to file straight from, and if you need a CPA we are glad to introduce you. If you already have one, we work alongside them.
Payroll is not part of the three levels. If your practice runs payroll, we can take it on as an add-on to any level, quoted separately.
Month to month after setup. We do not lock anyone in. If we are not the right fit, you can leave and we hand off cleanly.
Yes. Each level builds on the one below it, so you can start where you are and step up as your practice grows. We tell you when it is time.
No. Monthly support is a flat fee. Project work like catch-up or cleanup bookkeeping is quoted as a flat project. You always know the cost before we start.
Apply in a few minutes. If it looks like a match, we will set up a short discovery call and take it from there.
