We work with practices in any state. Everything is fully remote.
No, and that is on purpose. It is hard to do two things really well. So we do world class bookkeeping, and we partner with CPAs who are world class at tax. Your books arrive clean enough to file straight from, and if you need a CPA we are glad to introduce you to one we trust.
Typically two to three weeks. We do a kickoff call, take inventory, clean up the prior year if needed, and have you on a monthly cadence by the next close.
Pricing depends on practice size and scope. We give a flat monthly quote on the discovery call, no hourly billing, no surprises.
