FAQ

Common questions.

Do you only work with DPC practices?+

Yes. We do not take generalist clients. Every workflow, template, and report we build is for DPC.

What if I'm not in Texas?+

We work with practices in 10+ states. Everything is fully remote. We can handle multi-state payroll and filings.

Do you do tax returns or only bookkeeping?+

We do both. Bookkeeping monthly, tax prep and strategy year-round, advisory on request.

How fast can you onboard a new practice?+

Typically two to three weeks. We do a kickoff call, take inventory, clean up the prior year if needed, and have you on a monthly cadence by the next close.

What does it cost?+

Pricing depends on practice size and scope. We give a flat monthly quote on the discovery call, no hourly billing, no surprises.
